Lalita and Daksha

Lalita and Daksha came to our sanctuary in August 2018.

Their original “owner” died and 4 goats, resp. 3 bucks and 1 doe, were left behind at the house.

After many calls to several institutions we were not able to catch all four. So we took away with these two and the other two will be cared for by local animal organization until we will be able to find out the best possible way to catch them and relocate them.

Our two new friends are rather old, they have huge troubles with moving, it is hard for them to get up and walk. Generally, they are not in good condition and will definitely need extensive veterinary care, supplements and vitamins, joint support and we will see what else after the doctor checks them.

If you’d like to contribute to their care our transparent account is open even to the smallest donations.?

We don’t know much about their personalities yet, but we will add more info once we get to know each other better. 🙂

Lalita was named after our great friend and volunteer who passed away too soon. She is staying in our hearts.
